Starting by carefully unloading the equipment , putting it in place as per drawings termination of power air, steam, water etc. The process of commissioning is done in a planned scheduled manner coordinating the different contractors working on site. After installation the commissioning process begins and only ends when the plant is running at the designated capacity of the optimum quality product leaving the customer completely satisfied.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Once a factory or line has been commissioned we provide high quality after sales service twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Regular visits and follow up calls after installation by our trained and qualified technicians ensure a trouble free operation of the installed machinery. Some commonly required spare parts are stocked, to provide instant relief. We will also provide post installation technical expertise that may be required for adaptation of new process and product as well as help in improving the product quality & saving of production costs by giving suggestions and conducting trials.
